We will refund item cost upon return of an unused item: For DVDs and CDs this means the shrink wrap must be intact, and for instruments and books there must be no visible signs of wear or use.
You should be able to use the RMA system from within your account to inform us of a return, if not please contact us or send back with;
- An order id (as given on the cofirmation email and on the address label)
- Your details (name & email for refunds, name and address for replacements)
Return postage costs for unwanted items must be paid for by you
, the buyer.

For items above £250 in value or larger than the post can handle, please contact us
to arrange a courier collection, costing £10.
These fees are taken from your refund, once we receive a return.
In the event of an issue, we will refund both the item cost and any delivery costs incurred where an item is delivered not as described. We make sure you are not of pocket from any problem.
We may not accept returns or refunds without prior contact; email
first to avoid disappointment.
Returns take at least 24 hours to process, and are usually dealt with inside 48h from receipt. We notify customers at the time we handle the return, by email.
All returns are expected to be dealt with within 3 working days.
Very occasionally we may send out an incorrect item of a similar nayure - obviously, mis-picking is not on purpose!
If you receive a mis-pick, contact us and we will re-issue and send on a freepost address to return the unwanted item.
We can't compensate you if you return items at your own cost, so it is best to contact us for instructions.
Our warranty and refund period depends on the item, but for books and toys it is 30 days, or longer at our discretion.
After that period the warranty is with the original manufacturer, although we are happy to liase and get you contact details and proof of purchase as necessary.
If you find a mis-print or publication error in a book, at any time, we will honour the refund or replacement under warranty.
We will do our best to sort out issues fast, but it usually takes a day longer than the original order took:
- we have to redo an order in the same system, but manually.
Sadly, we cannot compensate for late or missing deliveries; we can only refund or replace orders, at most.
Please don't expect re-issues to go special delivery, either; any re-issues are automatically set to 24h services, which is as much as we can do.
