Brand new, bright sounding 2.5 octave glockenspiel on sturdy wooden frame in hard case, with metal clasps and metal handle (improved from lowest picture). Ideal for wind bands, orchestras, percussion ensembles, lessons, secondary pupils or primary pupils, or even for at home. The glockenspiel covers the range G - C3, covering 2 and a half octaves. Tuned to A = 440Hz Each note is labelled by letter. The black notes are labelled as sharps. Each bar is 0.5cm thick. Each bar is secured screwed into the instrument making it difficult for school pupils to remove! The glockenspiel can be easily removed from the case if required. The case is wooden with a patterned black covering. Two beaters are included. The glockenspiel is approximately 60cm long.
