We offer a range of worldwide delivery services and the opportunity to select your preferred postage option. We offer FREE posting for items sent within the UK via our SuperSaver Delivery option, for orders over £5.00. This option is available on CDs, DVDs and most printed exam music books.
Please note that SuperSaver Delivery is not prioritised, and while small items will be posted 2nd class, some items may be sent via Parcelforce courier, or standard parcel rate, at our discretion. As such, a daytime (09:00 - 17:00) delivery address is expected. Items sent under the Supersaver Delivery option are expected to be dispatched within 5 working days after receipt of the order, but are frequently dispatched within 48 hours.
All standard delivery rates are calculated based on weight and prices start at just £0.99. Payment and postage terms vary on individual items.
We aim to dispatch non-Supersaver Delivery items the same working day, upon receipt of your order, but we cannot guarantee this, especially at busy times of the year. Both Post and Courier items are collected daily onsite (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 4pm on a Friday will not be processed until the following Monday morning.
International items are dispatched via a range of delivery services: Prices are calculated based on weight, and all current options will be shown on checkout.
All books are dispatched in boarded envelopes, or appropriate packaging to protect the item in transit.
Instruments are sent via courier for insured, guaranteed delivery; A next day option (ParcelForce 24) is available.
We will do our best to deliver within specified timescales. Most customers find our services extremely fast and reliable.
Insurance is automatic on all courier and postal deliveries, and proof of posting is collected for all mail items as a matter of course.
We will refund item cost upon return of an unused item: For DVDs and CDs this means the shrink wrap must be intact, and for instruments and books there must be no visible signs of wear or use. Return postage costs for unwanted items must be paid for by the buyer.
In the event of an issue, we will refund both the item cost and any delivery costs incurred where an item is delivered not as described. We do not accept returns or refunds without prior consultation: please email first to avoid disapointment.
